Media Services
The Sunlight Foundation works to make data about Congress freely available to the public. While we think this is a noble goal, it leaves the average citizen with a vast amount of information to sift through. Sunlight Media Services was created to help journalists and bloggers present congressional transparency data to readers in a concise and understandable way.
Our initial services are widgets that highlight the influence of money in politics. (A widget is a piece of content that can be embedded in a Web site.) Using these widgets, you can add our content to any Web site without having to write a single line of code. Check out our featured widget below or current selection of widgets and use them on your own Web site. We will be adding more widgets and other tools soon.
